Having realized that a 120 seater restaurant at Liberty Garden was not sufficient to cater to the huge market of Fine Food Lovers, another gem from the Flag’s stable say the light of day in 2011– Flag’s Veg World Cuisine. This three storied structure which houses a 240 seater restaurant and a terrace banquet was soon to create a success story of its own. The Flag’s Group (yes, it had indeed become a group, with the birth of its third outlet) decided to add another dimension to their repertoire – Home-grown delights from the Indian Rasoi which became an instant hit with the “Senior Segment” of the families that frequented this outlet. The Sizzling Brownie added on the menu soon became a signature dessert.
